CommentMind processes account details, site configuration, comments submitted through connected sites, and moderation results. For WordPress integrations, this can include comment content, author name and email, post URL and title, and available product context.

How we use information

We use this information to provide comment moderation, spam detection, AI-generated replies, account administration, and service security. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

CommentMind uses AI providers to generate moderation results. If you choose to connect Google Search Console, we access read-only search performance data for the property you select. This data is used only to provide relevant page context and is never used to force keywords into replies.

Retention and deletion

You can remove connected sites and knowledge-base content from your dashboard. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, email hello@commentmind.website.
